Mediaspectrum Appoints Alain D. Bandle as CEO

Mediaspectrum has appointed Alain D. Bandle as Chief Executive Officer, to succeed Mediaspectrum founder Scott Killoh. Mr. Killoh will maintain his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors and continue to lead the spin off of Mediaspectrum’s banking and platform companies as Mr. Bandle takes over the entire media business.

xentive, M-Publicité Ink Deal to Unify Advertising for Le Monde Group

Mediaspectrum, Inc.® today announced that its Swiss-based subsidiary, xentive, an independent Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, has signed a deal with M-Publicité for the purchase of Mediaspectrum’s suite of advertising sales and production solutions. M-Publicité is a subsidiary of Le Monde Group and handles advertising for nearly 20 leading French media properties that reach more than 17 million individuals each month, including Le Monde, M Le Magazine du Monde, Télérama, Huffington Post France and Le Nouvel Observateur.
